29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(ii): Each employee was not protected from tripping into floor holes: a) On or about May 17, 2017 and at times prior, Coors Brewing Co. as the controlling and correcting employer did not ensure that employees of XPO Logistics were protected from tripping into holes at the transfer tables. Metal grates were missing in between the rail tracks at the transfer tables. On May 4, 2017, an employee fell into a hole while working at the railroad tracks at transfer table #10 and suffered laceration on the right shin.
