29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) On or about 5/17/2017, at Meadowland of Carmel where supplied air respirators are required in the spray booth for bed liner spray application and an air purifying respirator is required for the undercoating spray area. A written respiratory protection program that includes the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use.
