29 CFR 1910.147(c)(2)(ii): The employer's energy control program under paragraph (c)(1) of this section did not utilize lockout for an energy isolating device that was capable of being locked out and the employer was not able to demonstrate that the utilization of a tagout system provided full employee protection as set forth in paragraph (c)(3) of this section. 132 North Elm St, Westfield, MA On May 4, 2017 and at times prior, the employer's energy control procedure for the Adhesive Laminator machine dated August 22, 2017 required that the three pneumatic compressed air sources were only to be tagged out when they were capable of being locked out.
