29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted an employee to work in such proximity to any part of an electric power circuit that the employee could contact the electric power circuit in the course of work, and the employee was not protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means: (a) On or about March 29, 2017 and at times prior for employees exposed to electrical hazards while performing carpentry work near energized exposed electrical parts where one employee suffered electrocution at or near 1606 Earl Circle in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
