29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15): Ladders shall be inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and after any occurrence that could affect their safe use. Ghidorzi Construction Co. LLC project site located at 2101 N. Mountain Rd. Wausau, WI: On or about March 23, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards when using ladders that had not had adequate inspections conducted to identify worn rubber foot pads which could cause the ladder to slide or move during use.
