29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of iron oxide fume listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 10 mg/m3 for iron oxide fume. a) H Hansen Industries located on the Lewis J Kuber Barge docked at 600 Millard Avenue Oregon, OH, 43616, on or about March 24, 2017 the employer did not ensure that employee's exposure to iron oxide fume did not exceed the time weighted average concentration of 10 mg/m3. An employee, working as welder within the Lewis J Kuber Barge, was exposed to iron oxide fumes at a time weighted average of 11.740 mg/m3 (117% the PEL).
