29 CFR 1926.451(a)(1): Each scaffold and/or scaffold component was not capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least 4 times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it: a) At the jobsite, on or about 3/1/17: The employer did not ensure that a scaffold plank was capable of supporting its intended load when that plank broke while a worker stood on it, causing him to fall and sustain broken and fractured bones in his ankle.
