29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Troyer Growers, Inc., / 817 PA 97, Waterford, PA: On or about February 28, 2017 the employer did not require employees to wear head protection while erecting a steel building. The employer was utilizing a crane and an articulating boom as part of the erection process and creating an overhead hazard.
