29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: Identity Services LLC, Geneva Commons job site: on or about February 3, 2017, accident prevention program was not developed and implemented in the workplace for servicing and installing electric signs and other components while working from aerial lifts at heights, including Elliott HI Reach model ECL 3 55 CH, where employees were exposed to struck-by, caught-in, and fall hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
