29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): At the Carbondale Rural King, the Real Lift, RW26Y, S/N 1105 25 612-#17 that was used in the receiving area was not taken out of service until repaired to a safe operating condition. Rural King was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 976759 citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 9, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1203 Front Avenue SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663.
