29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Meat Department - Hobart MG2032 Mixer-Grinder: On or about January 7, 2017, employees operated a Hobart MG2032 Mixer-Grinder that did not have point of operation grinding components adequately guarded. The grinder hopper lid interlock did not disable the pneumatic foot switch exposing the operator to a caught-in hazard and amputation injury.
