29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a. Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC - Antwerp, Ohio: On or about December 22, 2016, employees who manually handled raw glass were exposed to laceration hazards. The employer did not ensure that employees were provided with and used personal protective equipment that would protect parts of the body such as, but not limited to, the neck, arms, and legs, from laceration injuries.
