29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): A complete periodic inspection of crane(s) had not been conducted in the past 12 months: a) Jobsite, Main Bay, 1889 Mayview Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017: On or about December 27, 2016, crane inspection documents maintained by the employer show that a complete periodic inspection of the Wright 10 ton overhead crane (type/model TRDG, serial number L32170) had not been conducted within the past 12 months. The crane was used by employees on a daily basis to lift powered industrial trucks of varying weights.
