29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about December 07, 2016 painters in the production area were exposed to hazards associated with fire fighting where the fire extinguisher mounted adjacent to the spray booth was obstructed by pallets and two 55 gallon drums of flammable chemicals.
