29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Kitchen, Hitec Linkwel Lines # 1 through #8 - On or about February 9, 2017 and times prior to, the employer did not ensure that operators were utilizing procedures for the control of hazardous energy while performing servicing and/or maintenance work to prepare the Linkwel machines for sanitation processes, thus exposing employees to caught-in and pinch point hazards.
