29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: (a) The emergency exit door near the southeast corner of the building had a secondary dead bolt style lock installed and in a locked position. This would not allow an immediate exit from the facility. (b) The emergency exit door on the west side of the building near the emergency eye wash station had a secondary deadbolt style lock. This would not allow an immediate exit from the facility.
