29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, and passageways were kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. This violation was observed on or about September 21, 2016, where passageways/working area in the production department, line 4 were not keep clear from electrical cords, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
