29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. On or about September 20, 2016, and times prior thereto, in the NW Mill area, where employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when servicing a Drill Press/Router without procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy. b. On or about September 20, 2016, and times prior thereto, in the Mill area, where employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when servicing a Saw in the Finger Joint area without procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy. c. On or about September 20, 2016, and times prior thereto, in the Mill area, where employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when servicing a Yates-American A20 Planer without procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy.
