29 CFR 1917.26(d)(1): At least one Stokes basket stretcher, or its equivalent, was not available for each vessel being worked. a) Precast Systems, LLC: On or about 09/07/2016, the employer did not provide a Stokes basket or equivalent during the loading onto barges. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
