29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) Employees working on the fourth (4th) floor were exposed to an electrical shock hazard. The employer did not ensure employees were protected from the live filament on a broken light bulb. (b) Employees working on the fourth (4th) floor were exposed to electrical shock hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that electrical conductor wiring on temporary lighting was properly insulated.
