29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: On or about August 25, 2016, and at time prior thereto, in the plant production area, where employees were exposed to noise hazard without a continuing, effective monitoring program in place: a) The KMT Robotics Router work station machine operator was exposed to a noise level of 88.66 dBA during a 420 minutes sampling period on August 25, 2016. b) The sun visor assembly work station machine operator was exposed to a noise level of 88.09 dBA during a 366 minutes sampling period on August 25, 2016.
