29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed. On or about 8/4/16 in the Maintenance Bay bathroom; the employer allowed employees to use the bathroom where the floor had a build-up of dirty rags, paper and old dirty clothes; thus exposing employees to serious health hazards.
