29 CFR 1926.1101(d)(1): the employer of employees who were working adjacent to asbestos hazards did not comply with applicable protective provisions to protect such employees: a) Highland Hospital, SE 280A Area - On or about 07/26/2016, the employer performing Class II asbestos work requiring the establishment of a regulated area, working on a multi-employer worksite did not inform other employers, including but not limited to LeChase Construction Services, and Grayco Corp. of Upstate, NY of the nature of the employer's work with asbestos and/or PACM, of the existence of and requirements pertaining to regulated areas, and the measures taken to ensure that employees of such other employers are not exposed to asbestos. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
