29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: On or about 6/15/2016 in the boiler room and throughout the electrical panels at 4300 Snapfinger Wood, Decatur, GA: Where employee(s) were removing and replacing wall mounted air conditioner units rated at 240 volts AC, the disconnect breakers in the electrical panels were not legibly marked to indicate their purpose. On or about 6/9/2016 an employee was fatally injured while performing this task without properly de-energizing the unit and not specific written energy control procedure provided by the employer.
