Location: Stone cutting building and outside rock pile On or about 6/1/16, the employer did not maintain the passageways and employees were exposed to trip hazards in the following but not limited to areas; 1. Yonani rock cutting machine area and walkways; 2. Steinex rock crushing machine area and walkways; 3. Rock pile where employees eat lunch.
