29 CFR 1910.106(d)(7)(i): Suitable fire control devices, such as small hose or portable fire extinguishers, were not available at locations where flammable or combustible liquids were stored: a) In the outdoor yard of the trailer production facility: On May 18, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire hazards, in that a portable fire extinguisher was not readily accessible at a mobile trailer containing diesel and gasoline tanks used for refueling purposes.
