29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) Mill 3 room: Dust collected and analyzed by OSHA from chemicals used to make rubber, including but not limited to, sulfur, carbon black and Industrene R, was observed accumulated in a quantity greater than 5% of the area of the room on the mill, wall ledges, walls, pipes, lights and electrical equipment and was found to be explosive, on or about 5/16/16. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
