29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer does not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. A. The employer does not ensure programs are initiated and maintained. The violation was most recently observed on May 12, 2016 at 2312 Goldenrod; Perrysburg, Ohio, where employees were exposed to serious safety hazards. To abate this hazard the employer must ensure safety programs are maintained so employees are not exposed to serious safety hazards. LLG Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1111277, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on March 31, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at Perrysburg, Ohio.
