29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) Notcher Area; On or about March 15, 2016 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to slip/trip and fire hazards in that employees were required to walk and work in areas that had large quantities of used scrap wood, piles of saw dust, water and other trash piled up.
