29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) At 179 Rushing Road in Scott City, MO 63780 (electrical service room) - On or about 3/16/2016, employees were exposed to fire and/or explosion hazards where dust and flammable or combustible liquid containers were allowed to accumulate in the electrical service room, which was not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.
