29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(iv): The contract employer shall assure that each contract employee follows the safety rules of the facility including the safe work practices required by paragraph (f)(4) of this section: a. As of March 18, 2016, the employer did not ensure that employees followed the safety rules at Arboris, LLC, including always storing and securing compressed gas cylinders upright with clamps or chains. Three liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, one of which was upside down, were not secured near a fence by gate 1 on the northwest side of the facility.
