29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(A): The employer did not complete a compilation of process safety information (PSI) pertaining to the material of construction of equipment in the process. a) Outside the facility at 106 Lonczak Drive Chicopee, MA: On or about April 13, 2016, the employer did not compile PSI pertaining to the polyethylene (PE) piping between the outdoor, underground propane storage tank and the Northwest wall of the facility where the propane piping enters the facility. b) Inside the facility at 106 Lonczak Drive Chicopee, MA: On or about April 13, 2016, the employer did not compile PSI pertaining to the metallic piping supplying propane to the heat treat furnaces and endothermic gas generators in the heat treat department. c) Inside the facility at 106 Lonczak Drive Chicopee, MA: On or about April 13, 2016, the employer did not compile PSI pertaining to the flexible hose at the propane distribution points for the two banks of rotary furnaces in the heat treat department.
