29 CFR 1910.107(b)(1): The spray booth was not substantially constructed of steel, securely and rigidly supported, or of concrete or masonry: a. Spray Booth: On or about February 23, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards while applying flammable and combustible liquids, such as but not limited to, Ethylbenzene, Xylene, Trimethylbenzene, Methoxy-propanol, Light Aromatic Hydrocarbons, Butoxyethanol, Triethylene Tetramine and Polyamide (Sherwin Williams Tile Clad B62 TZ 104 Epoxy), in a room constructed of wood and dry wall.
