29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(A): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in surface conditions where the vehicle would be operated that could affect safe operation: On or about February 16, 2016, all powered industrial truck operators had not received training in surface conditions that could affect safe operation, such as parking on inclined flatbed trailers at inclined loading docks. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
