29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): The employer failed to ensure rigging equipment had permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load. At the Haddon Street excavation on or about February 11, 2016, and times prior to; employees used alloy steel chain slings that did not have a legible identification markings, exposing employees to struck by hazards.
