29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1): The employer did not provide a program an adequate program of training its employees who service rim wheels in all of the hazards involved and the safety procedures to follow while servicing rim wheels: a. At the site, an employee was assigned to do repair work on a scraper's tire that was mounted on a multi-piece rim wheel. The employer did not ensure that the employee was adequately trained in all the hazards and safety procedures involved with servicing multi-piece rim wheels.
