29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii): Wastes were not collected and removed as often as necessary to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition: a. 450 N. Broad Street, Elizabeth, NJ - Vehicle Repair Bays The employer did not remove large quantities of refuse from the work area. Bags of garbage were stacked in the maintenance area and were overflowing from the trash cans and dumpster. The refuse was not collected on a regular basis. Violation observed on or about November 3, 2015 and February 12, 2016
