29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(i): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE on knowing when PPE is necessary: a) Throughout facility: The employer did not provide training to employees conducting the following tasks, including, but not limited to, emptying JP drains, clearing ventilators, labor and delivery, cleaning tracheotomies, clearing PEG and NG tubes, removing IV lines and emptying Foley bags to know that eye and or face protection was required, on or about 10/22/15. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
