29 CFR 1910.94(a)(6): The air for abrasive-blasting respirators was not free of harmful quantities of dusts, mists, or noxious gases, and did not meet the requirements for air purity set forth in 29 CFR 1910.134(i): a) In the abrasive blasting room, on or about 10/19/2015: The air supplied to employees who wore an abrasive blasting helmet did not meet the requirements for air purity set forth in 29 CFR 1910.134(i). The air supplied to employees contained greater than 10 parts per million of carbon monoxide. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
