29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. a) Jobsite: Building 5, front - Employees were working from a job-made platform that was not designed by the manufacturer for such use. The job made platform was comprised of wood materials and placed atop the Carterpilar Telehandler to access the roof. Noted on or about 10/5/15.
