29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. On or about September 25 ,2015, an employee working from an aerial lift to remove a chimney from an apartment building was exposed to a fall hazard and the employer did not initiate and maintain programs to complied with this part. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
