29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2): The employer did not develop an emergency response plan for emergencies which addressed the following minimum requirements of this standard: 1910.120(q)(2)(i) through 1910.120(q)(2)(xii): (a) Facility Wide The emergency response plan did not include provisions for training, emergency recognition and prevention, safe distances and places of refuge, evacuation routes and procedures, and a critique of emergency response. On 8/3/2015, employees, including but not limited to Aquatics manager, lifeguards, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and public safety personnel, responded to an incident involving hypochlorite where employees were required to evacuate patrons and provide medical assistance to staff. Condition observed on or about 8/12/2015.
