Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001A Hazard:
Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death and/or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazards of tripping and/or being struck by and/or run over by a fork lift truck. (a) Boise Center Operations Yard: On or about July 20 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to tripping and/or struck-by hazards when they were required to walk alongside of moving fork lift trucks to assist loads in transport. Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation ARE required for this item.
