29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work had the strength and structural integrity to support employees safely: (a) Centimark Corporation, 319 Industrial Drive, Franklin, Ohio: On or about October 12, 2011, at the worksite located at 1820 McClain Road, Lima, Ohio, the employer did not ensure that the roof panels on which employees were standing was structurally sound and provided the necessary support. An employee fell 65 feet when a concrete roof panel collapsed.
