29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) 350 N 18th Street, Lebanon Pennsylvania - An employee used a table saw to rip a piece of plywood. The employer did not ensure that the blade was guarded by an automatically adjusting hood, on or about May 19, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required, corrected during the inspection.
