29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(a): Metal storage cabinets construction. The bottom, top, door, and sides of cabinet were not at least No. 18 gage sheet iron and double walled with 1 1/2 - inch air space. Joints were not riveted, welded or made tight by some equally effective means. The door was not provided with a three-point lock, and the door sill was not raised at least 2 inches above the bottom of the cabinet: Spray room, 425 St James Ave, Springfield MA: The storage cabinets in the paint spray area did not meet the requirements for the storage of flammable and combustible materials: (a) green cabinet on the back wall of the spray area (b) gray cabinet on the right side wall to the left of the work bench (c) gray cabinet on the right side wall to the left of the 220 volt power outlet.
