29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about 13 March, 2015 at 6455 Best Friend Road, Norcross, GA; employees were exposed to struck-by, caught-in, and amputation hazards where specific procedures including but not limited to the Harris inserter lines # 1, 2, & 3 were not utilized during cleaning, maintenance, and servicing tasks.
