29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use. a) On or about February 26, 2015, while painting in the paint booth, located in Fabrication Shop One at 873 Georgetown Rd., Salem, Ohio 44460, the employer did not have a written respiratory protection program for employees required to use respirators.
