29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided where practicable: On or about February 19, 2015, employees were exposed to slip hazards from standing water in the ambulance bay. The water is mixing with car oil and soap suds causing the area to become slippery.
