29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: a. On or about February 05, 2015, at 8420 and 8430 NW 33rd Terrace, employees were using a stairway to access the upper floor(s) of a new residential building, for the purpose of installing drywall, and for which the stairway did not have a stair rail system.
